Black Mountain Hike Photos
SUMMARY: Another hike sans dogs.
Too hot to take the dogs; not allowed on this trail anyway.

Very nice point-n-shooting! Lovely tarantula. And, if you go to the "Original" of the moon and Venus, you can just make out Venus in the echo of the moon.
Yeah, that might be it, or it might be a spot. ;-) You can also see how garshawfully grainy the pictures get in not even really low light situations.
I still think the point and shoot photos are extraordinary, even if you don't. Two things:
1. Did you put your hand DOWN THERE to measure the spider?? :)
2. I was going to say my favorite was the clouds over the wheat grass, and maybe it still is but I sure like the lone tree one as well.
Thanks, Dawn. Hand down--well, not all the way. Best guess from not too far away. They say that they're relatively harmless & calm--he was meandering away, not particularly alarmed by our attention or my flash.
