Apparently, Luka was awesome and would have won a spot on the team, but due to the Norway rules, will not be on the team this year. It's my understanding that the competitors were informed of this prior to the competition. Results at http://www.akc.org/events/agility/world/2007/tryout_results.cfm
Yes, he knew before he went.
